Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Serves 3

🔸 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)

🔸4 dates

🔸2 Tbsp chia seeds

🔸1/4 c hemp hearts

🔸1 scoop @liveowyn vanilla protein

🔸3 Tbsp oats

🔸3 cups frozen mango

🔸 1 cup frozen pineapple

🔸 2 handfuls of ice

🔸 1.5 cup almond milk

Blend! Topped with hemp seeds and strawberries.
