Matcha Smoothie

Matcha Smoothie ๐Ÿต๐Ÿ“ I love topping this with strawberries they add a pop of color and bring a bright, sweetness to the slightly bitter matcha.



Add to blender:

- 1.5 tsp matcha (more for strong matcha flavor) - 2/3 cup oats

- 3 dates

- 1 Tbsp chia seeds

- 1 cup milk of choice

- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts

- 1 scoop collagen peptides (or protein powder)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Blend at high speed

Add to blender: - large handful of spinach

- 1 frozen banana

- Large handful of ice

Blend!


Serves 2

Top with sliced strawberries, enjoy!
