Wake up to Overnight Oats



These blueberry vanilla cinnamon overnight oats are loaded with energy, protein and fiber to keep you going through your day 🕺🏽💃🏻


The night before, add to jar

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts

- 1 Tbsp chia seeds

- 1/2 Tbsp collagen peptides or protein powder (optional)

- pinch of salt


Stir well! Then add,

- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup

- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice

- 1/2 cup blueberries

- cinnamon to taste


Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

Top with fresh berries and nuts. Enjoy!
