Classic Green Smoothie

We are hooked on green smoothies in the morning in the Spring and Summer. This is Keith's recipe for his perfect green smoothie. Flax, chia and hemp add plant-based protein, fiber and omega-3โ€™s ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ


Step 1: Add to blender

  • 3 dates

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter


Blend!


Step 2: Add Frozen ingredients

  • Handful of ice

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 2 frozen bananas


Serves 2,
