We are hooked on green smoothies in the morning in the Spring and Summer. This is Keith's recipe for his perfect green smoothie. Flax, chia and hemp add plant-based protein, fiber and omega-3’s 👌🏽
Step 1: Add to blender
3 dates
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp ground flax
2 Tbsp almond butter
Blend!
Step 2: Add Frozen ingredients
Handful of ice
1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 frozen bananas
Serves 2,
