Faux Poke bowl 〰️ fancy Friday Lunch. Smoked salmon can be an alternative to raw salmon to make an easy poke bowl at home. Used a base of leftover rice and tofu, topped with mixed greens, smoked salmon, chopped red cabbage, seaweed, sesame seeds, fermented sauerkraut & cucumber. Made a little dressing with (1 tsp coconut aminos, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar and 1 tsp sesame oil).
Salmon is a great source of healthy fats and one of the foods highest in omega-3s (choose wild salmon for even higher levels of omega-3s) aim for fish at least twice a week to gain the benefits which include decreased inflammation, decreased risk of cardiovascular disease and improved brain health.
