Crispy Air-Fried Chickpeas

C r i s p y air fried chickpeas 🔸


Ok the air fryer may have redeemed itself with these. Quick crunchy snack and so many flavor possibilities 〰️


How to make em:

1️⃣ pre-heat airfryer to 390F

2️⃣drain and rinse can of chickpeas

3️⃣ add to bowl can of chickpeas, 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil & seasonings of choice

We used (1 tsp hatch green Chile powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder)

4️⃣ Air fry for 12-15 minutes (shaking a few times) to desired crispiness


1 cup gives you 12 grams protein and 10 grams fiber 〰️ satisfying and filling snack 🙌🏼
