Cottage cheese has so much protein - 14 grams for 1/2 cup. Great way to mix up your protein. To be honest it grossed me out as a kid (and I still can’t get my head around it with fruit) but I am down for it as a savory toast or cracker topping. Cottage cheese love it or hate it?
