Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie 🍒 🍫

Another Monday, another opportunity to eat chocolate for breakfast. This smoothie turned out SO good! (+ it has protein, fiber, and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant cherries, and omega 3’s from the flax)

And it takes less than five minutes

Add to blender:

- 1 banana (fresh or frozen, if you use frozen use less ice)

- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we used@liveowyn)

- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder

- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds

- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds (we used@manitobaharvest)

- 1.5 cups ice (adjust to your preference)

- 1.5 cups milk of choice (adjust to desired thickness)

- 1.5 cups frozen cherries

Blend! adjust thickness by adding more ice or more milk. I topped with frozen cherries and hemp seeds. Serves 2
