šŸ”¹ 3 Tbsp oats

šŸ”¹3 Tbsp hemp hearts

šŸ”¹2 dates

šŸ”¹3 Tbsp coconut milk (from can)

šŸ”¹1 scoop vanilla @liveowyn protein

šŸ”¹2 large handfuls ice

šŸ”¹1/2 cup - 1 cup milk of choice adjust to desired thickness
