š¹2 tsp spirulina
š¹ 3 Tbsp oats
š¹3 Tbsp hemp hearts
š¹2 dates
š¹3 Tbsp coconut milk (from can)
š¹1 scoop vanilla @liveowyn protein
š¹2 large handfuls ice
š¹1/2 cup - 1 cup milk of choice adjust to desired thickness
