I am a food relationship expert committed to helping clients build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and find peace and acceptance in their bodies. I believe in empowering clients to make behavior changes and reach their health goals.
My approach is centered on mindful eating and not dieting. I will teach you to listen to your own hunger and fullness cues, eat a variety of foods without restriction and to find pleasure in eating. I address factors such as physical activity, stress management, self care and sleep and recognize that these all impact overall health
